Steps away from the top of lively Champs Elysees and the Triangle d'Or (Champs Elysees - Avenue Montaigne - Avenue Georges V ), business home of many grands couturiers.
Shopping area on nearby avenue des Ternes (Monoprix, Fnac) and neighbour smaller streets.
Excellent communication network
- nearby Charles De Gaulle Etoile is a large station common to RER line A and several metro lines, of which line # 1 leads to le Louvre and Le Marais
- nearby stop, at 2 avenue Carnot, of Air France bus line 2 which goes to/comes from CDG airport, which makes this flat very convenient on arrival or departure days.
The apartment
Well located furnished flat, ideal basis for a short visit in Paris, or also a longer stay.
Can sleep 3 (one comfortable queen size sofa-bed in living room + one single bed in bedroom/den)
High speed access to Internet (supplier : Orange)
We may be able soon to offer free phone calls to the USA and Canada (calls to landlines AND to cell phones) and Europe (landlines only) , but this is not yet confirmed. It would entail an update of this website, and an additional safety deposit to cover possible calls made out of the subscribed perimeter (for example a call to a French cell phone).

- Wintertime : Saturday February 23trd, 2008 to Sunday, March 9th, 2008
- Easter : Saturday April 19th, 2008 to Sunday, May 4th, 2008
(Special flexibility for M.A. clients : the landlady could make the apartment free as early as April 14th, 2008 - but she needs to be back in her flat on May 4th, 2008)
- Summertime : from June 9th, 2008 to August 31st, 2008
All-in rates (excluding outgoing phone calls, and refundable key and safety deposit) :
For up to 2 persons :
- 7 nights : 820 euros
- 14 nights : 1,280 euros
- 21 nights : 1,700 euros -
- 30 nights : 2,200 euros
- 60 nights : 3,710 euros
- 90 nights : 5,190 euros
For 3 persons : add 20 euros per night, to above rates
Refundable key and safety deposit :
- base deposit : 1,200 euros or 1,900 USD
- addtional deposit (in cash) if unlimited international phone calls to limited destinations or phones
are available : 300 euros or 500 USD per week
